Where can I find the Premium features in Sweelinq?

The available Premium features depend on the sample set and settings you are using.

For all sample sets:
In the organ layout, use the icon in the top-right corner to add extra couplers.

For organs such as Kampen, Den Haag, Amsterdam, etc.:
After loading the sample set, go to: Menu > Organ settings > Preferences
There you can enable the option “Extended keyboard range”.

For Sweelinq in general:
Go to: Menu > General > Audio device
There you can enable “96kHz high definition audio”.

How do I activate Sweelinq Premium?

Start Sweelinq while connected to the internet. Your Premium license will synchronize automatically and the Premium features will become visible.

How can I start or renew a Sweelinq subscription?

You can try Sweelinq free of charge for a 14-day trial period. When the trial ends, you will receive a reminder email with a link to my.sweelinq.com. There you can choose a subscription (for example, monthly or yearly) and start paying right away. You will keep access to Sweelinq for as long as your subscription is active.

If you choose manual payment for a yearly subscription, you will need to renew and pay for your subscription yourself each year via my.sweelinq.com. For a monthly subscription, the amount is automatically debited via direct debit for as long as you do not cancel.

Will my subscription be renewed automatically?

That depends on the type of subscription and the chosen payment method:

With a monthly subscription, renewal takes place automatically via direct debit. You do not need to do anything — the amount will be debited each month until you cancel.

With a yearly subscription, it depends on the chosen payment method. If you choose direct debit, the subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of the term. If you choose manual payment, you will receive a reminder email beforehand with a link to my.sweelinq.com, where you can decide whether to renew.

Will I receive a reminder before renewal?

You will only receive a reminder email if you have chosen a yearly subscription with manual payment. In that case, you will get an email before your license expires with a link to my.sweelinq.com, where you can choose whether to renew. For monthly subscriptions and yearly subscriptions with direct debit, you will not receive a reminder because the renewal happens automatically.

Can I pay for the subscription manually via bank transfer?

No, it is not possible to pay the subscription manually via bank transfer. All payments must be made online via my.sweelinq.com, using your Sweelinq account (email and password). An invoice will be sent to you automatically after payment.

Can I easily switch to a different (paid) subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade to a different subscription at any time via the customer portal. A downgrade will only take effect at the end of your current subscription period. Your settings and preferences will be preserved in both cases.

How long can I use Sweelinq Free?

As long as you like! There’s no time limit. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you’re ready.

Do I need to enter payment details to use Sweelinq Free?

No. Sweelinq Free is truly free. You just need to create an account to get started.

How can I transfer my Sweelinq license to another computer?

To do this, follow these steps:

Open the Sweelinq application
Go to the General tab
Click the Advanced button in the bottom right corner
Click License information
Click De-register this computer

Sweelinq can now be registered on another computer.

What’s the difference between Sweelinq Free and paid plans?

With Sweelinq Free, you can play one compact sampleset that changes regularly. Paid subscriptions offer access to the full range of samplesets and additional features (Premium plan).

What is Sweelinq’s pricing policy?

Our goal is to bring joy to as many people as possible with Sweelinq. We believe that price should never be a barrier to enjoying Sweelinq. That’s why we aim to keep the price as low as possible, and only adjust it when absolutely necessary, for example, due to inflation.

Sweelinq Free is a free subscription plan that lets you explore Sweelinq without any cost. You get access to a small rotating sampleset.

Yes, with Sweelinq Free you can use Sweelinq at no cost, including access to a small, rotating sample set. To unlock the full library of organs, advanced features, and ongoing support, a paid subscription is required. We believe a subscription model offers a fair and sustainable way to keep improving and supporting Sweelinq.
